We want you to love your Zebaish hair. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
30-Day Return & Exchange Policy
We offer a 30-day return or exchange from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Contact our customer service team at support@zebaish.net within the 30-day window to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Once you have your RMA number, mail your return to the address provided by our team.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are exchanging an item, you will not be charged for shipping the new item to you.
Exchanges (If Applicable)
We are happy to exchange items for a different color or style, subject to availability. Please contact us to check stock before sending your return.
